Gorilla Forest Camp is among the luxurious Lodges in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The Lodge offers better facilities to meet international standards. Gorilla Forest camp is next to the park entry which is a focal point where gorilla trekking starts.

The tents are extremely large with a wooden deck for visitors who may want to relax or experience life privately without interference.

Activities at Gorilla Forest Camp
Gorilla trekking – it’s the major and famous tourist activity in Bwindi region and Uganda at large. Gorilla trekking is done daily in Bwindi Impenetrable forest and the cost of Gorilla permit goes to US$600 but expected to rise to US$700 effective from 1st July 2020. Bwindi also host about 93 mammal species, 11 primate species along with over 350 bird species.
Birding- over 350 bird species are found in Bwindi Forest. That means, guest have high chances of seeing a variety.
Nature walks – you can visit different waterfalls, hills and caves among others.
Cultural tours- visit the Batwa Pygmies to enjoy local music, dance and drama.
Community tours – you can even spend some few nights in the local residents’ homes. Chat and learn how the local people operate small businesses and how they manage families among other issues.
