Day 1: Pick up and tour Entebbe
After your breakfast, meet our tour guide and tour Entebbe town: visit Entebbe Botanical Gardens, relax, take photos and view lots of attractions like birds, flowers, primates and so on, Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (UWEC) and learn about many wild animals like chimpanzees, monkeys and many bird species. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Ngamba Island Tour
After breakfast, drive to water front bear – boat cruise to Ngamba Island, chimpanzee sanctuary home to over 49 orphaned chimpanzees on Lake Victoria which provides an exceptional opportunity to closely observe the fascinating primates in their unique setting. Participate in chimp feeding, view and take photos. Have lunch and relax as you wait for dinner and overnight at Ngamba Eco Lodge.
Day 3: Transfer to Jinja –source of the Nile & Jinja town tour
Get on boat and transfer to Jinja: Visit the source of River Nile – the longest river in the World, lunch and then tour Jinja town. Dinner and overnight at Jinja Nile Resort.
Day 4: Full day Water Rafting
Breakfast, transfer to Bujagali falls for white water rafting. After lunch, return to Jinja Nile Resort for dinner and overnight.
Day 5, Day 6, Day 7, Day 8: Visit Ssese, Bugala, Bubembe, Buvuma, Koome, Migingo and Damba islands.
In the morning set off through Nakiwogo near Entebbe by M.V Kalangala or Wild Frontiers to Ssese islands with 84 islands , visits the groups of Bugala that includes Bubembe, Buvuma, Migingo islands and the Koome group with Damba island all in the north east ofLake Victoria the second largest Lake in East Africa. The islands are homes to variety of animals including primates that are not seen on the mainland. Return to Entebbe for dinner and overnight stay at2 Friends Hotel.
Day 9: Transfer to Entebbe airport
Set off to Entebbe airport in the morning after your breakfast for your flight back.
