To date, only an hour is still given to visitors to stay with the mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable and Mgahinga National parks. The visitors use this hour to take photos/ films, chat and learn more about the history and the present of the Gorilla group visited. It’s however interesting to let you know that the whole process of gorilla trekking takes approximately 2-6 hrs depending on the movement of Gorillas in their natural habitat.

There is also a possibility of spending a full day looking for Gorillas in forest – when they moved far from easy/ quick reach.
